Is my vehicle compatible?
The answer is very likely yes! Because, OBD-II port was made mandatory for all cars on road in the United States / Canada / Mexico in 2001. Compatibility list.
How do I install this product?
Look for OBD-II port in your car. It is usually on the diver side, under the steering. You can look-up your car model and make on Google and figure out where the OBD-II port is located.
How long does the installation take?
30 seconds. Just find the OBD-II port and plug the deviced in and you are done.
When can I install the device?
Once you receive the product in mail. Follow the instructions provided with your device. Once the device is registered at Zepty, plug it in to OBD-II port. Initially, it may take up to 10 minutes for your device to come online.

What countries does Zepty ship to? and how long does shipping take?
We ship to USA, Canada and Mexico. Your product is shipped the same day from our warehouse in Canada and it should arrive within 3-7 days.
What is the cancellation policy?
Your subscription is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. The cost of equipment must be paid in full at the time of cancellation, if cancelled within the first year. Depending on the promotion you recieved, if you did pay the price of equipment upfront, you will not need to pay anything upon subscription cancellation.
What is the refund policy?

Is Zepty secure?
Yes, all connection between your browser and our servers is secured using SSL technology. We never collect or save your billing information on our server. Your credit card information is directly and securely submitted from your web browser to Stripe. Your credit card is securely saved with Stripe for recurring billing purposes. You can easily manage you billing preferences at stripe, through Zepty.
